In Oct 09 I ordered 2 recliners from Three Bros, Vallejo.After delivery in Dec I found the backings loose and leather puckered.
Then I found loose stitching in the seat of one. The store sent out a leather "specialist" who was unable to rectify the problem and told me "that's the way with leather"! Now the store wants to try another method, leaving me without the furniture. After decades of buying your product I am EXTREMELY unhappy.
I feel that the recliners should be REPLACED, NOT jerry-rigged. Where the *** are your Quality Control People?
For the sake of your reputation, as well as that of your Outlets, I find it inconceivable this could happen.
